E2E Benefits Services Announces Courtni Karshagen Promoted to President
GREATER ATLANTA AREA, Ga., July 31, 2021 -- E2E Benefits Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Courtni Karshagen from the director of client services to president effective July 1, 2021. Since 1993, Raymer Sale, CLU, has served as president. He will remain with E2E Benefits Services as the chief executive officer.
Since joining E2E Benefits Services in 2005, Karshagen’s primary focus has been to solve client problems and help their employees with urgency and compassion. Karshagen is the first point of contact for E2E clients. She excels at problem-solving for clients and their employees. This allows the employer’s staff to focus on their operational priorities.
“Helping employers and employees manage the complexities of employee benefits remains a top priority,” said Karshagen. “Employers know the value of employee benefit programs. And they also need experts to educate employees and resolve claim-related issues.”
Karshagen has built relationships with key people at top-tier insurance providers over the last 18 years. These relationships aid her in the resolution of client claims and administrative issues. Karshagen also collaborates with other E2E experts to assure excellence in client services.
During 2020, employers faced difficult workforce and employee benefit decisions. They relied on Karshagen and the E2E Team to help manage the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act challenges. Under her leadership, E2E will continue to earn and keep the trust of employers.
Karshagen shared, “Each provider had their own unique plan changes in response to COVID-19 relief efforts. Staying informed to help our employers was a daily effort for the E2E Team.”
In recognition of her business and community leadership, Karshagen was a 2021 Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Moxie Award Finalist in the categroy of "Greater Good."
